Shipping Info
Each piece is made to order in London from 100% genuine deadstock leather and suede. We ask for up to 3 weeks for production before dispatching your item.
Once shipped, delivery times vary by region:
Estimated Delivery Times (after 3-week production window):
- UK: 1–3 working days
- Europe: 3–7 working days
- USA & Canada: 5–10 working days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 working days
- Rest of World: 7–14 working days
Please note: These are estimates and do not account for potential customs delays.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and paid by the customer.
- All packages are sent with tracked delivery and may require a signature.
Customs & Import Duties
Customers outside the UK are responsible for any import duties, customs taxes, or fees applied by their country’s regulations. These charges are not included in your order total.
Returns
We hope you love your made-to-order piece, but if something’s not quite right, we’ve made returns easy.
Start your return via our Returns Portal, powered by Shopify. You’ll need your order number with your email address or phone number to begin.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, with the security ribbon intact.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your item, and shipped within 14 days of approval.
- Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Important Notes
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.
- We do not accept returns of worn, damaged, or altered items, or those without the original security ribbon attached.
- Exchanges are not offered — simply return the item and place a new order if needed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email confirming whether your return was accepted. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Legal Info (UK Compliance)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers have the right to cancel and return online purchases within 14 days of receiving them. However, as our pieces are made to order, they may be exempt under regulations covering bespoke or personalised goods.
We honour your statutory rights and will always handle returns fairly — but we reserve the right to decline returns that don’t meet the above conditions.
