Welcome to Tease, where we keep things personal and exclusive. Our collections are all about quality and individuality, which is why we don’t mass produce. Every piece is carefully crafted from gorgeous dead stock fabrics, launched on a pre-order basis to help us minimise waste and maximise unique style.

How Pre-Orders Work
Place your pre-order, and we’ll send you a confirmation email. Once everything’s processed, we’ll hit you with tracking info and delivery updates. Our manufacturers are pretty reliable, but hey, life happens. If there’s a delay, we’ll keep you in the loop. Rest assured, your outfit is worth the wait—it’s on its way to becoming your new fave!
A Few Things to Note
- Pre-orders are final once placed. This helps us keep our process efficient and intentional.
- Got an issue when your piece arrives? Let us know within 14 days so we can sort it out! Returns are accepted after inspection. (More on that in our return policy).
- Your pre-order is confirmed once full payment (including shipping) is received.

Pre-Orders: The Tease Way
At Tease, we’re all about exclusivity and sustainability. Our collections are made from high-quality dead stock fabrics and launched on a pre-order basis—this means no waste, no mass production, just fabulous fashion you can feel good about.
Here’s how it works:
- Join the Tease Community: Be the first to know about our drops by signing up for our mailing list. You’ll get early access to our collections, re-stock updates, and exclusive offers. (P.S. We promise to keep our emails worth opening.)
- Placing Your Order: Once you’ve picked your favourites and checked out, you’ll get an order confirmation email. This makes it official!
- Production & Shipping: Once production wraps up, you’ll receive tracking details. Our pieces are worth the wait, but we’ll keep you updated in case of delays.
Heads Up!
- Pre-orders are final once placed. Your piece is made just for you, so cancellations aren’t possible.
- If something’s not quite right when it arrives, let us know within 14 days. Returns and refunds are on the table after inspection. Check out our full return policy for the fine print.
- Full payment (including shipping) is required to confirm your pre-order.
The Fine Print
Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT. Additional charges like shipping will be shown at checkout.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Klarna. Payment is processed when your order is confirmed.
Delivery
- Pre-orders typically ship within 1–2 months. Delivery timelines vary depending on your location.
- If delays happen, we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.
Your Right to Cancel
- You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, in line with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. To cancel, email us at wassup@teaseonline.com with your order details.
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all security ribbons intact/attached.
- Return shipping costs are on you, unless the item is faulty.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return. They’ll be issued to your original payment method, please allow 14 days for returns to be refunded once we’ve received your item.
- Items not returned in a resalable condition won’t qualify for refunds.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If there’s an issue with your order, reach out to us within 30 days. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping if necessary.

- Liability: Tease isn’t liable for delays or issues caused by things beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, etc.).
- Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any disputes.

Returns Policy
Hey Sexy! We totally get that sometimes things just don’t work out – we’re here to help! If you’re not 100% happy with your order, don’t stress. You’ve got 14 days to return it. Just make sure it’s in the same condition you received it in – unworn, unwashed, and with the security ribbon still on.
Heads Up: Anything that’s labeled "sale" or “non-returnable” can’t be returned. And if we get something back that doesn’t meet the return requirements, we’ll send it back to you via second-class post.
Oh, and just so you know – we don’t do exchanges, but feel free to place a new order if you’re after something else.
For our UK babes:
- Head over to our RETURNS PORTAL to get started.
- Pop in your email and order number.
- Select the items you’re returning.
- Pick your courier.
- Choose how you’d like to ship and pay for it.
- You’ll get a QR code.
- Drop off your parcel at the nearest location. Easy peasy!
Shipping Costs
You’ll need to cover the cost of shipping for returns, and unfortunately, the initial shipping fee is non-refundable.
What happens after you return it
Once we get your return, we’ll check it out to make sure it’s good to go. You’ll get an email within 7 days to let you know if it’s all good or if there’s an issue. If it’s all clear, we’ll deduct a £5 handling fee from your refund.
Refunds
Refunds will be sent back to the same payment method you used for your purchase. It might take up to 14 days to show up on your bank statement, depending on your bank’s processing time.
For International Orders
Right now, our returns portal doesn’t support international returns – sorry about that! But don’t worry, we’re working on it. If you’re outside the UK, just email us at wassup@teaseonline.com within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll walk you through the return process. You’ll be responsible for shipping and any customs fees.
