As everything is made in London, when placing a pre-order, please note that our products have a production lead time of 1-3 weeks. This means that your order will be processed and shipped once production is completed. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that the item will not be immediately available for shipment.

• Your pre-order is confirmed once full payment (including shipping) is received.

• Got an issue when your piece arrives? Let us know within 14 days so we can sort it out! Returns are accepted after inspection. (More on that in our postage and return page).

• Any estimated delivery dates provided are based on the current production schedule.
